• The front desk staff was amazing.
• A little dark outside the rooms when walking around.

“It met all of our needs. Warm cookies, awesome breakfast, fireplace in the room and overlooking the river.”

• The surrounding beauty of the area and the river just below the hotel.
• The staff switched size of bed from original confirmation.

“It would be good to double check with this hotel before you go. I did twice. They switched type of room after my first call, and then switched back once I complained when I called again. We were then given an excellent room with balcony overlooking the Deschutes River. It was off season and this was available. It was a fantastic stay and we appreciated the staff accommodating our request. We would definitely return.”

• Our room was convenient to restaurant/bar & lobby and nice and roomy.
• There is nothing I did not like.

“As stated above the room was comfortable and spacious, even had a fireplace, close to the restaurant, bar and lobby, as well as the pool. It also had an exercise room, steam shower and a sauna. Had everything we needed.”
