• Close to Downtown, SoCo, and Barton Springs
• The horrible smell in the 3rd floor hallway.

“The room was what I expected for the star level. It was clean, but very basic. No complaints about that.However, I was very unhappy about a horrible smell in the hallway right outside my door. I didn't notice it the first night, but it grew increasingly worse over my four night stay. It smelled like something was rotting, and it was so strong I literally held my breath when leaving and arriving. I called about it twice, but nothing was done.The staff was friendly, but did absolutely nothing in regard to my concern about the smell in the hall. They just said that it had been that way all summer, and they thought it was a problem with their pipes.”

• The staff was nice.
• Not very clean.

“The hotel was not very clean. There were bugs in the bathroom and the elevator smelled like garbage.”

• Loved the kitchenette, great staff, quiet area felt safe.
• Too short of a stay.

“Clean rooms, plenty of towels, no daily maid service - and that was a pleasure! Anytime I needed anything such as soap, shampoo etc, just ask front desk. Safe and secure area - never felt uncomfortable - even when taking a walk at dusk!”
