• The staff were incredibly helpful
• The hotel kitchen too closed early if you went to events in the city

“I, nor anyone I know that frequently goes to Atlanta, had ever heard of this hotel. I had parked across the street from it on one trip, and walked passed it multiple times without having noticed it, which made it a nice place to stay IMO because it was understated elegance. I wasn't sure what to think, but the location was good, the rooms were great and the staff were beyond helpful. I would certainly stay at this location again if I had a chance!! Surprisingly, the prices at the restaurant were very reasonable considering the above average quality of the hotel.”

• Convenient location, historic, renovated property.
• Ari conditioning in room failed, but was promptly moved to a suite.

“Hip, renovated historic hotel near Centennial Olympic Park and Phillips arena. Smallish rooms, but nicely furnished / updated.”

• Valet.

“No privacy in the bathroom so even traveling with relatives can be uncomfortable. The hotel itself was very noisy next to a club that plays very loud music and sits on the street so the street noise is very annoying. I would be upset if this hotel was offered to me again as a 4 star deluxe.”

• Very upscale.
• Not family oriented , no pool! Not a vacation type hotel. 25 dollar parking.

• Location and room amenities.
• Mandatory valet parking fee that was not included in the room fee.

“The idea of the room was nice. The room it self was in need of repair, the window curtains were broken and the shower curtain was broken. We requested the hotel repair them and nothing was done.”

• The room was really romantic, with a window through into the shower.
• The minibar, as always ridiculoously expensive

“The Glen hotel was an excellent location for Dragoncon, and was a comfortable spot away from some of the wildness of the convention. I'd recommend it for future Dragonconners.”

• The manager and staff when above and beyond to please us.
• The rooms are SMALL, & the showers are visible to bed. not for kids!

“I loved the location and the staff & manager went above and beyond to find a room that was not to small for us, as we celebrated our 20th aniversary. However, this is a intimate hotel, not for those who are modest.”

• Nice ambience and social events at their hotel bars. Unique rooms as well.
• Bar drinks are overpriced versus other upscale hotels.

“This hotel is a gem and falls in line with the standard upscale boutique hotel. It is a very romantic hotel that offers unique rooms and a rooftop bar/lounge area that has a great view of the Atlanta skyline.”

• It was my anniversary and this hotel was very romantic. The staff made sure that I was able to surprise my husband.
• At times you could hear noise from the street.

“I really enjoyed my stay at The Glenn. The staff was very helpful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.”

• Very small and uncomfortable rooms.

“Who ever designed this hotel tried too hard and is trying to be somthing that it is not. Very poorly designed room wise.”

• The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• I was a little disappointed in the size of the room.

“Although room size was a disappointment, I would differently recommend and stay here again. The service and friendliness of the staff makes up size of the room. I would probably upgrade to a suite on my next stay.”
