• Nothing.
• The room.

“ The room was supposed to have a queen size bed, if it was it was the smallest queen I have ever slept in. The sheets kept coming off and I found myself making the bed 3 to 4 times a night. The room was poorly laid out and was not at all comfortable. Whoever designed and decorated the rooms ought to be fired. I had the most miserable 2 days I have ever had. It was a 3 star hotel, but was clearly a motel that would have better been on Van Buren St. We had no maid service and did not get any clean towels. A clear indication of a third rate hotel. I never spent two days where I was more miserable.

• Shower curtains were short.

• Clock didn't work; no wake-up calls.

“They disregarded that he clock was not working, and did not make a wake-up call. The cabbie woke us up. Except for that, this motel was a pleasure all the way around.”
