• Very nice, clean and roomy.
• TV remotes were not user friendly.

• Neighbors door slamming repeatedly at 1:00 AM.

“The pool is a little awkward because the restaurant patio looks over it. The accommodations are nice.”

• It was convenient for my needs at the time
• Was appalled by the dirt on the air conditioner and the staff was less then friendly/helpful

“Hotel pleasant overall, but staff less than friendly/helpful. My room had a microwave and a mini fridge which was very nice, but the cleaning was less than good. Coffee supplies wer not replenished completely and they left the ice bucket where I left it the day before -- maybe because I didn't really mess the place up they figured nothing need be done.”

• The cheaper price for the higher quality!
• Motorcycles parked right up to the front door instead of the parking lot.

“We were very pleased with the rooms and room service. The parking lot seemed confusing where it blended right into a shopping center and we had to wind our way through a lot of cars to get to the hotel. The personnel were helpful and friendly.
We liked our stay although our party was separated when some moved their stay to Spokane. Because we were locked in we couldn't negotiate a location change.”

“Red Lion is always a good stay for business travelers. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We did not try the restaurant at this location.”

• Staff attitude, bathroom not cleaned properly.

“Staff refused to address a party that went on well into the night. Young adults screaming and running up and down the halls.”
