• The bathrooms and rooms were dirty.

“The room was dirt, cobwebs in corners, the bathroom sink had no hot water, the bathroom had not been cleaned, there were someones that had been there before us had dropped their pills on the floor and had not been vacuumed. The breakfast was suppose to be out at 6 am and went to get coffee and hot water and they were both cold from the morning before, the breakfast area was dirt had not been cleaned from the day before.”

• Extra charge for pets that I was never told about, just charged an extra charge. I only noticed after the fact.

• Convenient location.
• Room smelled like a zoo.

“Pros: Convenient location, low cost. Cons: Room smelled like manure, condom wrapper on carpet, bathroom ceiling falling apart.”

• General disrepair, deferred maintenance, furniture broken and poor overall.

“This motel has fallen into very poor management. The room in which I stayed had broken furniture, a broken security lock, a clogged shower head, ceiling in the bathroom had water damage and acoustical material hanging from the drywall. The poor condition of the room was just the beginning.”

• We didn't like anything and would never go back.

“Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was hard to get along with and they acted like it was a huge inconvenience just because we expected a clean room to sleep in.”

“This hotel was run down and not well cleaned. The customer service was very lacking.”
