• It was close to the beach, but could not see the beach at all from the room.
• The AC was not working.

“The AC was set on 85 when we arrived finally at 4am. We turned it down to 72, and went to bed thinking it would eventually cool down. When we woke up at 8:30 it was still 80+ degrees in the room. We reported it then, and got a shrug and was told we will fix it. They acted like it was our fault that we were uncomfortable. I told them that at 4am after driving through flooded highways, hail and storms, and finding the thermostat set on 80 that we just thought that it was hot because it was set that high. We were too tired to have stayed awake till it cooled down.”

• Large handicap room made for great conveniences with a power chair, very clean rooms and easy check out, great staff.
• We have no complaints.

“Very good location for walking the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very clean rooms and pool area. The breakfast is not the greatest but it will get you till lunch.”

• We liked having a balcony and a partial view of the ocean. Breakfast was good. Having a small refrigerator was great with kids and having a microwave.
• Indoor pool, dirty with sand. no place to wash off sand before getting in pool. My boys left shoes at pool and never found them and not turned in.

“Very clean room. Shower didn't work great. Breakfast was good there was plenty of things to pick from. It filled my boys up. My boys had left their shoes at the pool and the next morning they were gone and front desk said no one turned any in. Very disappointed in that.”

• Well-stocked continental breakfast.
• I was very pleased with this hotel, no dislikes.

“I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Our room had a fridge, microwave, TV, and balcony with view of the gulf. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean, and the water is directly across the street.”

“The hotel was very clean and convenient to the seashore. There are several restaurants within a short distance including a couple next to the hotel. The view of the gulf from our balcony was very nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”
