• For luxury and amenities this hotel lives up to its $.
• Hotel Omplex is almost too big and confusing to navigate around.

“Impressed with the overall refinement and management of hotel. There were some hidden costs associated with stay in that parking car on hotel property costs $19 per day and there is a $16 a day resort fee. Room was immaculate. Directions of facilities and amenities could be improved.”

• Resort fee added onto cost of room.

• Beautiful, new, clean, friendly, comfortable and very convenient.
• Restaurants in hotel were expensive.

“This is a fantastic hotel located in a newly developed area on the Potomac. Service at the hotel was incredible and the place is very safe and very comfortable. It is less than one year old so it is also very clean.”

• Resort fee.

“Very nice property, but not for families. Very expensive. I didn't understand the resort fee for a hotel at this level. Internet and pool, fitness center should be free when paying this much. Also, the pool closed at 9:00 pm. Not convenient. Staff was not that helpful.”

• Front desk does not bring items to room upon request.

“There are excellent dining locations on and around the premises. The rooms are beautiful with huge beds and flat screen televisions and the views from the balconies are breathtaking.”

• Excellent restaurants, very clean and comfortable rooms.
• Parking was inconvenient and pricey, $15 resort fee was mandatory and not included.

“Beautiful hotel with excellent services all around. The staff were always very helpful and quickly available. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to the DC beltway.”
