• Location.
• It was the most unclean hotel I've ever stayed in.

• The language barrier between myself and the receptionist.

“The front desk didn't have my reservation, though I booked in advance and even called to tell them I would arrive late. In the end, it worked out, but it was a stressful situation.”

• Noisy and not clean.

“I couldn't sleep well over night because I could hear all the noise from the next door and outside. Also, I could smell lots of sweat from the bedding before tuning on the air conditioner.”
