• They have beds to sleep on.
• The staff was not helpful at times.

“The Welk Resort does not have a resort feel in the off season. You might consider another hotel if you're in Branson in the off season.”

• It was close to the Andy WIlliams Theatre.
• It was an older hotel, not as nice as other 3 stars.

“This is a hotel that has been around a while, there are newer parts of it but we were in the original hotel building.”

• Theater within walking distance of hotel.
• Travel directions to hotel were confusing
  heavy traffic getting anywhere.

“Our room was dated. A new mattress was needed. Sheets were badly worn.”

• Location was good.
• No hot water, hard beds, no indoor pool, no temperature control in the room.

“They had very nice condos that are part of this property, but the hotel part just stinks! The beds were very hard, we never had hot water at night and lukewarm in the morning, the rooms were either really hot or cold and they had nothing for the kids to do. Their indoor pool was not finished like it was supposed to be. It was a real letdown for Branson.”

• Location, it's off the strip which makes getting in/out easier.
• Needs updated.

“Room wasn't that clean - stuff on the floor, and grime on the sink. Very small TV. Outdoor pool was suppose to be heated, both the pool and Jacuzzi was pretty cold. This hotel is geared more towards the time share people, not the hotel patrons.”

“I was there with an adult and disabled child. Front desk gave room close to entrance to make it easier for us. My only complaint would be that the bathroom floor was not clean. Overall everything else was clean.”

• The outside appearance and security.
• The room could have been a little more attractive.

“I expected a little nicer room being a resort and also the appearance of the building deserves better looking rooms inside. The restaurant on site differently needs food quality improvement.”

• Eveything.

“When we went to check in they told us that they had no rooms left and they moved us to a comparable hotel. This place was not comparable, they only had to amenities. 60 Channels on the TV, and breakfast.”

• Staff was friendly.
• Kind of
  out of the way.

“The staff was very nice. Room was clean but kinda outdated and had a 19 inch TV. Pool and hot tub were great. Miniature golf course was definitely miniature! Business center had 1 computer that was in the open floor plan. And the hotel was out of the way from Branson.”

• Free parking.
• This facility looked better than 20 yrs old and needs renovations badly.

“Okay. If you are staying in Branson, I have seen motel 8's that were more inviting. I know Branson is sought after in the summertime. When I first got there, I had 2 rooms. One of the rooms was already occupied and there were clothes all over. They then gave us 2 more rooms on another floor. so, we all had to move again. The breakfast was good though. We had to check out at 10am though. I've never heard of that one before. The whole thing needs to be redone.”

• Close to attractions, but not on the high traffic strip.
• No mini fridge in room, ice machines were broken.

“Nice resort style hotel. Close to attractions but not on the high traffic strip. Hotel has stuff for the kids - pool, playgrounds, mini golf. Staff was friendly, common areas were nice. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner, and a mini fridge would have been nice. Overall, a nice place to stay.”

• Location.
• Dirty rooms, no response from hotel when I contacted them.

• Very poor quality.

“Rating needs to be changed, did not meet expectations. Small rooms, poorly decorated. Small TV, Cable service only. Wi-Fi did not work. Pool was outdoors. Needs a face lift .”
