• Location convenient for its purpose.
• Dirty, smelly, Smokey, bed bugs attacked me I have 16 bites from my stay here, room caused allergic reaction to my guest.

“This hotel is horrid, do not stay here the rooms are dirty and have bed bugs that will attack you, front desk closes and is unavailable, clientèle is bizarre.”

• It had the comforts of home.
• No easy access to
  the room.

you will not see in most hotels. When time is at a minimum it is nice to eat in your room and the small kitchen gave that at home feel.”

• I liked the kitchenette.
• People (incl. employees) were smoking outside not far from the front door.

“I liked the hotel being in close proximity to restaurants, the freeway and grocery stores. I liked the kitchenette, and for the price, everything was okay, but the bed was a little hard, and the decor outside the room was a little funky, like the 60's or something. But if I go to the area again, I would probably stay here again!”

• Clean, quiet, professional staff, friendly, efficient, great for our needs.
• Nothing wrong with this trip or hotel.

“The staff was the best! Friendly, efficient, ready to help. Internet worked perfectly the first time, bed and linens were fresh. Room smelled clean. Plenty of room amenities. I can't enough good things about the trip and the hotel.”

• I liked having a kitchen in the room.
• They did not change sheets or towels. We had to turn our dirty ones in a trash bag in order to receive clean ones.

“In addition to the above statement, one of our rooms had dirty sheets when we arrived. One of our rooms had a clogged toilet and we were told to come get the plunger. The maid woke up our room at 6:30am to tell us there was an 11:00am check out time. Our stay was not satisfying at all.”

• Best cable
  TV I've ever seen at a hotel.
• Interstate 5.

“Clean, well-run, friendly staff. Unfortunately, I had lots of trouble on the I-5. Rain, lots of accidents, traffic. The location is clearly the worst thing about this hotel. I wound up taking the 78 to I-15 so as to avoid the I-5. They had very good cable TV, with four news channels, comedy central, TC. Oddly, CNN was shown on the guide but didn't work (blocked).”

• It looks nice from the outside.
• My room was not cleaned at all & motel was soldout.

“When I checked in, my room was not cleaned, it was dirty and the bed had no linens on it. The room that they gave me was used as a storage room for excess chairs, ironing boards; TV’s and none of the beds had linens on them.”

• Kitchenette, golf course view, friendly staff, extra linen available, ironing board.
• Molded coffee and filter in coffee maker, old left over candy beads under the bed from a previous guest, only one luggage cart in the entire hotel.

• Recently renovated, close to highway, complete, real kitchen.
• Not full-service, rooms in front noisy.

“Better than in the past--really nice staff at front desk helped us with many things even though technically it's more like little studio apartments. Convenience is good. Everything's clean and new--give the place a chance!”

• The included kitchen area.
• Hard beds.

“For a one-star hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. It is clean, includes a small kitchen and is only 5 miles from Legoland. There are many amenities in the surrounding area. Our family had no problem upgrading to two beds and non-smoking. They were also very accommodating to our late check in.”

• Bed had wrong sheets, staff gave me new sheets to change myself.

“Bedding at this hotel was substandard. Bed had king size sheets on a queen size bed. Staff merely gave me new sheets to put on myself. The mattress pad was for a double size bed. High speed Internet was substandard I could not even download my mail with it. I run an internet Service and know how a wireless network should operate.”

• Clean, comfortable room.
• It is not close enough to San Diego to be under San Diego. Was very upset at the 50 extra miles we had to travel.

“We enjoyed the few short hours we were able to spend at this hotel. Arrived at least 2 hours late. Make sure you understand the directions to the hotel. It is Highway 78. We drove miles out of the way in heavy traffic for this mistake.”

• No pool or hot tub.

“This is just a place to sleep that is close to the freeway and area attractions. Basic economy motel with a kitchen.”
