• The room service dinner was excellent and more than enough.
• The room was a little small and less attractive.

“Superior rooms and friendlier service. Offered was a nicely landscaped back yard with lovely pool, and (limited) room service.”

• Ease of checking in and convenience from airport.

“Fabulous chocolate chip cookies. Spacious entry, clean and well presented. Comfortable bed, clean room!”

• Staff was excellent and went above and beyond.
• Smoking in the bar-restaurant.

“Two extra ordinary events occurred. Waitress in bar-restaurant was extremely god and took care of our needs when we were very late (11:30 pm) coming to hotel. Made sure we got fed and when bar tender was trying to run the customers out of the bar, she said we could stay until we finished.”

• New furniture and decoration.
• Hair on pillows and inside the sheets. Old and broken things in the room.

“Dirty. Changed to 3 rooms all with mold, hair in the bathroom and bed.”

• I loved the comfortable beds and the lovely pool area.
• Can't think of anything.
