“This hotel has a great location. It was literally right across the street from the subway stop. Nice touches, such as turn down service, Kiehl's products, and heated bathroom floors. I stayed in the Queen room. It was a pretty tiny room, but who spends all day in their room in New York anyway?”

• Great location and staff. Electronically up to date. Really comfortable bed.

“This hotel provided an overall great experience. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect for our traveling goals. I've heard people complain about room size, but there were two of us and we had plenty of space. Plus, we were in New York, who spends time sitting in their room? Besides sleep, we were out of the hotel most of the time. Plus, there was an ipod dock and flat screen, so if I had not been in New York, I would not have minded sitting in there all day. Maybe I'm just easy to please. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.”

• Great location, very clean, comfortable.

“I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Even though the room was small, it was comfortable, clean, and had superior details such as heated bathroom floors and high-end bedding. The staff was friendly and professional and the location is fantastic.”

• Comfortable bed, friendly staff, great location.
• Small room, no computer for internet access.

“Great location, sleek design, but our room was very small. The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom had the toilet paper roll directly next to the shower causing it to get soaked. We also were disappointed that there was no computer available for internet access!”
