• Close to everything.
• Outdated.

• Location.
• Did not have my reservation!

“Came in 30 minutes after booking, though he had the printout, he said the reservation was not in the computer! He finally gave in and put me in a room, but wanted to charge me again for it saying he could offer me the price, taking up 15 minutes of time. I have never had this happen and was pretty frustrated. 2nd floor rooms have no elevator.”

• The air conditioning was a little loud, but I am a light sleeper.

• Convenient, clean, great property, great price.
• Met all my expectations.

“Very nice business hotel in the heart of the Franklin, Cool Springs, Brent wood business and shopping area. No frills but nice. A great value for the business traveler.”

“No complaints at all could hardly have been better. Location is safe, close to the Interstate, and right next to Oodles of shopping. Room has kitchenette with re frig and microwave and half-stove. Clean and friendly place. Being an extended-stay facility, there is no routine maid service for a two-night stay like ours. Might be an issue for some folks, but it's almost a plus to me.”

• The room smelled stale, I felt not sanitary and had bugs.

“I woke up at midnight to find bugs crawling on my pillow and in bed. I wanted to check out but ended with another room. The person at desk didn't apologize that I had to change rooms. The new room granted did not have bugs but noticed there were boogers on wall of bathroom and on the wall of head board. I spoke to manager in the morning about this incident and he was very gracious and apologetic and offered me a gift certificate for a free night. Obviously, I would never stay in an Extended Stay ever again. I travel about 70% for my job and never had such a horrible experience.”

• Had a refrigerator.
• Internet didn't work, staff didn't know directions to get there.

“Hotel wasn't bad and a decent location but staff got us lost when we asked for directions on how to get there and it wasn't that hard. Internet didn't work and
I had to pay more to get the rooms I requested and it was hard to find a restaurant that was close and freezer portion of refrigerator didn't get cold enough.”
