• Kitchenette.
• The bed was quite hard and the pillows were so flat.

• Toilet did not work-A/C barely worked, no hot water.

• Extended stay has an equipment
  kitchen and ample room space to move around.
• The only thin I did not like is the high speed internet. They are charging a fee when most of the hotels offer them for free.

“The hotel is very convenient for a business traveler specially with the fully equipment kitchen. The location is accessible but is too close to the interstate highway (I-95) if you get a room facing the highway, it is a bit noisy.”

• Everything.

“Hotel staff was rude, it had no extra pillows and the ones that were in the room were flat as paper, smell was disgusting, right next to a expressway and the traffic noise was very loud, no room service only allowed two towels.”

• Clean and friendly.
• Bed was a bit hard (although I like that).

“This hotel was very convenient (right off of i-95) and very clean. The room looked like it had recently been re-done with newer looking carpet squares and bath, kitchen and entry way done in laminate wood flooring. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful (had a problem getting my key to work at first).”

• Extended Stay Hotels has been a very nice hotel in the past, but this was a little and when you ask question about the hotel could not get the answer.
• Hotel guest closing door that need to be repaired. Hotel manager stated the door need to be repaired.

“When you ask question concerning the hotel no one could give you a direct answer nor could they moved the guest to another room when someone keep closing the door, because it was in need of repairs. Manager answer was no more room but I count 7 rooms vacant and when I check out today 10-13-08 the same room was still vacant.
”

• Bad neighborhood, noisy rooms, cigarette smell in rooms.

“Most rooms smell of cigarettes. The clientele of this hotel and location make this a very undesirable stay.”

• Everything was great.

It was very clean and the person in the front desk was really a very pleasant person, she made my stay as comfortable as possible and really accommodated me in every way.
