• It is a safe, clean very comfortable hotel
• It would be nice if their was a late evening cafe,so you don't have to leave to get food

• It was clean the pool and hot tub were nice.
• There were no restaurants close. Theirs was breakfast only.

“Won't stay again as location was not conducive to our need to be in Medford. Too far from other places. Also the walls were thin and it was noisy, next door rooms, drawers hard to close without slamming, stairs noisy.”

• Requested wake up call that never happened,

“The hotel is conviently located. It is very clean. The selling point they use about the bedding and beds being so great is exactly oppisite. The beds are so soft that unless you are in the middle of the bed you feel like you are going to roll off. The bedding is old and not comfortable at all. I requested a wake up call and it never came, I ended up late! Not good for an airport hotel with a lot of travelers. Overall it wasn't bad, but if I had to pay full price I would have felt cheated.”

• Clean, new, good TV.

“Nice, new hotel with good TV and coffee and teas in the lobby. It isn't in the best area in terms of shops - but it is near the airport.”

• Room and bathroom were very clean.
• Desk chair was too low for desk and was not adjustable.

“We got excellent value at this hotel by using Priceline. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly.”
