• Good location, great price.
• Check-in problems, no soundproofing, barking dogs.

“Great bargain for a short leisure stay or a budget business stay. Light sleepers may find the lack of soundproofing a problem. Bring earplugs! Beds are quite firm. All the basics you need are here, though you need to go to the front desk to get clean towels or toiletries. Every thing is
kept nice and clean with just a hint of wear. But very nice for a 1 star property.”

• Convenient location.
• Remodeling construction in lobby, unsafe conditions.

“Under normal conditions, this hotel would be similar to most ESA hotels. There was construction in the lobby with no foot traffic control or consideration for guests to walk through the mess safely. Trip hazards, dust, debris, and workers were uncontrolled in the guest walkways.”
