• Friendliness of staff!
• Room service not as good as it could have been.

“Stayed for one night on business. Appreciated the friendliness and accommodating nature of everyone I met. Room was pretty small, but that is to be expected with standard rooms in upscale chain hotels. Would recommend eating in the (overpriced) restaurant before ordering room service - food was not as good as it could have/should have been.”

• Pool was lovely for the small children.
• Would not be a good location for family during convention season!

• The view from the room and swimming pool.

“The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The room was fine and the view was great over looking the Ct. river.”

• Very new and clean facilities. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant and bar in the lobby.
• Parking garage is confusing. Rooms small and very average for the price they are charging in Hartford, CT.

“This is a hotel located next to a convention center. The location is not convenient to the rest of downtown Hartford. Their rack rates for rooms is too high. The food in the restaurant is expensive and mediocre. The only reason they will survive is expense accounts for business travelers.”

• The overall comfort was good.
• The only bad thing was the bed; too soft. Had trouble sleeping.

“The hotel is beautifully furnished. They have all the amenities you could ask for. I do suggest that they renew their bed mattresses as they seem a bit too soft to sleep in.”
