• I like that it has everything I need: kitchens, dishes, etc.
• The beds need to be queens in the double rooms.

• It was close to the freeway.
• The carpeting could have been cleaner.

“Close to freeway and not far from grocery stores or restaurants. Only complaint was the carpeting could have been cleaner. But over all it was a pretty decent place to stay. The kitchenet helped save money by eating some meals in.”

• Not a bad location.
• No soap or shampoo in the room, no extra blankets, overall seemed cheap, smelly in parts.

“Okay hotel for budget traveler. Had small kitchens. Not an upscale hotel, but fine for travel from Long Beach Harbor.”

• Kitchen and fridge is a definite plus.
• There was a noisy party on the other side of the street until almost midnight. It was difficult to sleep.

“It was a nice place to stay if it wasn't for the noise. We managed to get a different room the second night away from the noisy side, which was much better. Some ear plugs would help.”

• Can you believe it - this property has no ice machine on premise.

“Although freeway closes I was a bit disappointed in this property. Having stayed at similar type places (extended stay - short/long term properties) that offer much more for your dollar. No free Internet access as well. Carpets were quite dirty and needed cleaning. I would not stay here again.”

• Staff called me 3 times that afternoon/night to check on things.

“Good location, very friendly staff who called me 3 times during my one night stays to make sure I was comfortable. While on the first floor, I was not bothered by sounds of street or airplanes at its location near the airport. WiFi for about $5 was helpful to stay connected.”

• Security and responsivness of staff to problems.

“While the hotel was fine, someone with a pass key tried to break into our room at 2 in the morning. After waking up the front desk clerk, she didn't take it very seriously. We had the dead-bolt locked, so the person couldn't get it, but they do have a problem.”

• It was clean and the location was good enough.
• Queen size bed wasn't big enough; toilet was average but a little small.

“I really don't like this hotel, its too family-friendly it lacks the romantic aspect for couples. The TV is small too! Only the kitchen was a plus, but the restroom is kind of small, if not for being the cheapest, I wouldn't have stayed here.”
