• Kitchen facilities, location and wireless.
• Rom smelled Smokey in spite of being non-smoking.

“Very convenient. No useless amenities such as pool and spa. Close to pond with picnic tables. Kitchen was well equipped. Room was pleasant.”

“Arrived late. No staff to check me in. Finally was let in by another patron and located night clerk who was upstairs cleaning a room. Clerk was friendly but obviously overwhelmed.”

• The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.

• It had a kitchenette.
• The kitchen was suppose to be set-up for two, we only had one glass, it dishes and silverware did no match, could of had salt and pepper packets.

“We were pleased with the unit, it was clean, easy to locate. The kitchen area could use a lot more thought, such as the dishes did not match, nor the silverware. It had a dish towel, but no dish cloth to wash the dishes with a few salt and pepper packets would have been a great help and certainly 2 glasses. We do travel a lot over night, and as I am an exec. housekeeper in Timeshare and have been for 25 years now, these few things would be a great improvement.”

• The check in staff was nice.
• Dead rat in parking area.Told front desk but nothing done.

“The front desk clerk who checked me in was nice and friendly but the evening clerk was not friendly. I told the evening clerk about the dead rat in the parking lot and she did nothing about it. I even told her exactly where it was which was next to me car. When I went back out it was still there and when I left in the morning it was still there. This hotel was old and had no pool.”

• The hotel was clean and employees were friendly.
• No pool or gym.

“If you just need a clean room and bathroom, this is the place to stay. I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation unless you have activities planned away from the hotel. We were in the area for an event so it met our needs. Clean hotel with friendly service.”
