• I liked the size of the bathroom the most. The bed was super cozy and it was great having a full kitchen.
• I did not like that people were able to smoke in their rooms.

• Had refrigerator and microwave.
• Cramped room, charge for 2nd bed and internet.

“It was okay. There's a charge for using the internet. At least parking was free.”

• The rooms smelled clean and fresh.
• I wish they offered portable cribs for babies.

“We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was so extremely friendly. The room was so clean! Everytime I walk into a hotel room, there is a stale, ex-smoking room, feet smell. It smelled like a clean, scent free room. We had a very comfortable two night stay and the staff was so thoughtful and went out of their way to be kind to us.”

• The staff was overwhelmingly helpful and courteous.
• The location was a little off track from where I would have liked to stay but nice.

• It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially liked having the kitchenette.
• The air conditioner was not very cool and there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night.

“Overall, I would say this was a good hotel. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Close to shopping and restaurants.”

• Even though I had not been there for month or 2, the desk clerk instantly remembered my face and name.

• Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
• Beds were the most uncomfortable - hard as a rock!

“Other than the uncomfortable beds (did not sleep at all - too hard to get comfortable) the hotel was clean and the staff extremely helpful (directions) and friendly. Would stay there again if they changed the beds out - will not stay at this hotel and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• No ice machines, only the ice cube trays in the room and hard to fill coolers.

• It was convenient to the highway and main roads.
• The lobby was cold and the bed creaked and noisy neighbors.

“The only unpleasant thing was some noisy children in the next room. If the staff could reserve a few rooms for families with children that would be nice. We had to resort to ear plugs.”

• The room had a kitchenette and the lobby was clean and staff was friendly.
• No fan in the bathroom and there was a smell of cigarettes. Areas between floors were loaded with trash.

“The room was clean and roomy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff had problems keeping up with the room turnover and several rooms were dirty.”
