• The restraunt in the hotel was one of the best I have eaten in. Food was wonderful!
• The clerk when I checked out was not at all friendly, gave very short and rude answers to my question.

“Over all the hotel was excellent. The room, very comfortable clean, restruant was great with wonderful food, all but one clerk was extremely helpful and friendly. Only complant was the check out clerk - she was very rude, short, and not at all helpful.”

• The location to hospitals.
• My room was a little small.

“The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the lobby area was nice.The negative thing was I would have liked to have a free breakfast, at least a continental breakfast.”

• Location, good parking, enough amenities.
• Only one computer, always busy. Room could have been a little cleaner.

• Convenient to Medical Center, easy access and great parking.
• This is very minor but the parking lot could be better lighted.

“This is a nice hotel with good spaces, a good pool, and is very conveniently located to what we needed in Houston. Clean, easy parking, easy check in and check out.”

• It was a very nice hotel for the money we spent, very friendly, helpful staff.
• The carpet needs to be tightened, the waves were distracting and made it appear older and less well kept.

• Convenience to shopping and restaurants, nice facilities.
• Rooms were a bit cramped, but nicely updated and clean.

“Good place to stay for business or weekend getaway. The refrigerator and coffee pot were useful. The pool looked clean and inviting. This hotel is right next to the Reliant Stadium - convenient to events.”

• The hotel provided shuttle service to the Medical Center and that was so helpful with my father being in the hospital.

“The hotel was definitely more than I expected. The convenience to the Medical Center and Reliant Park was wonderful. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here for medical reasons or for convenience to Reliant Park.”

• Location, friendly staff.
• They offer upgraded pillows, but you have to ask for them saw the option when it was really late. Should just use the nicer pillows as a standard.

“Good location, nice staff. We were going to the Memorial Herman Hospital and it was really convenient to be this close. Great stay and great rate,thanks to price line.”

• It has a nice clean appearance.
• The smoking area is close to front door.

“My overall impression of this hotel was good. It was clean and neat. Close to our destination at the hospital and shuttle was helpful. Close enough to shopping center to walk. The clean up daily was not as good as it could have been but not bad.”
