• Total experience was fantastic!
• Had to pay extra for parking and it was not predisclosed.

“The entire stay was fantastic. There was a misunderstanding about parking but the hotel made it right by us and did so graciously and without any questions. Excellent service.”

• I liked that it had a refrigerator and different kinds of pillows on the beds.

“The rooms had small refrigerators which was great when you have thirsty/hungry kids. Pool was very small, but my kids didn't mind. They had plenty of towels at the pool and in the room. Would recommend this hotel to other families as long as they realize it is a long walk to Disneyland.”

• It was very close to Disneyland and the parking was cheaper than the major hotels right next door.
• The AC unit in our room did not work and we had to sleep with the window cracked to keep the room cool.

“Overall this hotel was very adequate for our stay. I enjoyed the restaurant's staff they were helpful and very nice. The room, besides the AC problem, was comfortable and clean. The closeness to Disneyland made this hotel a very good fit for my husband and I.”

• I loved the friendly atmosphere, the beautifully arranged rooms and the cleanliness and welcome feeling. The staff was very accommodating.
• Honestly, I cannot find any faults with the hotel. I am a very picky customer, and everything was great.

“Upon entering our room, the focal-point of a flower arrangement and its light, pleasant aroma welcomed us to our stay. We arrived very late at night and the staff was as friendly as ever. They acted as though it was noontime. Our standard room made us feel as though we were in a small suite with its refrigerator, large bathroom, well-spaced queen beds, an overstuffed chair, and the desk/dresser/TV combo. The different architectural levels of the ceiling and the two-toned paint helped us feel more at home, than in a boxy room. The room was beautiful and very clean. The restaurant was open with friendly waiters that were very helpful and polite, even with our 3 small children. We are very satisfied and wish we could stay at this hotel every time we visit Disneyland!”

• The only thing that was disapointing was the wash cloth left in the tub.

• Had to pay for parking 9.00 a night.

“Large rooms, staff was very very nice. The bad thing is they charge 9.00 per night for parking. The location was nice and the rooms were nice and large.”

• Small elevator poor stair access.

• Harm an very clean.
• Having to pay 22 dlloars for parking for two day,s an 2.doollers for a soda an 2. for a candy bar this place is nice buy very expensive.

• The friendly staff and the closeness to Disneyland also wireless internet was great.
• The buffet at the hotel was too expensive for a breakfast buffet.

“Very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Wireless internet in the rooms was great and very convenient. We had ajoining rooms and it was just like a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. It would have been nice to have a microwave though.”
