• Location.
• Parking.

“Loved the hotel, location and cleanliness. The staff was not very attentive and the parking was only valet that was not an issue however the explanation of the 24 hour fee was confusing the rates are from check in till check out not necessarily 24 hours which caused a problem on the 2nd day of our stay.”

• The hotel had lovely rooms with lots of space at a very affordable price.
• Paying extra for parking.

“The location was excellent for any downtown activities. The rooms were furnished with attractive pieces and very comfortable and practical having the kitchen facilities. The bed and bedding lent itself to a wonderful night's sleep too. It was a great experience!”

• Treated very professionally and kindly.
• Valet staff was hard to understand. Valet drove cars carelessly to garage.

“Valet was hard to understand. Concierge was fast and helpful, our room was ready 2 hours early. Room blew my mind, for the price we paid through priceline - very clean and modern. Amazing view of CN Tower. Complimentary breakfast was awesome.”

• The hotel was extremely clean and very well decorated, the staff was also very quick and again extremely nice- I loved everything about it!
• To be honest, there is not a lot of things at all that
  I did not like about this hotel, maybe just the pull-out beds were not as comfortable.

• Location was great for going to theater and restaurants. Hotel was clean accommodation excellent except couch is uncomfortable.
• Cost of parking and only valet parking available.

“Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast serve in lounge. Quiet. Recommend for people of all ages.”

• Complimentary breakfast.
• 1 bed.

“This was a very nice hotel and the room too was very nice. It just wasn't appropriate for traveling with my 16 year old daughter because there was only 1 bed and a fold out couch which isn't either one of our ideas of a comfortable way to sleep especially when you are spending a lot of money in these times to enjoy brief stay. The staff was very good but I did not like the only real option of valet parking.”

• They charged me twice for parking and wouldn't reverse it.

“Other then being charged twice for parking when I only had one car the hotel all in all was very nice, very central to everything. They did eventually after 6 or 7 calls reverse my charge for parking, but just the hassle of it.”

“This hotel is within walking distance of the train station. It is very clean and well appointed. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The hot breakfast was a delightful surprise.Employees were courteous and competent. We really liked it.”
