• No pool.

• Doorman was very friendly, made the whole trip awesome!
• internet was down.

“Husband and I stayed in this hotel over night while we were in Chicago for vacation. The staff was extremely friendly, tried to get to know us even though we were staying for such a short time. Since we didn't know the area, they were always willing to help us find the nearest bus station or suggest ways to enjoy our vacation. Also, the day we were leaving the bellhop seemed completely sincere that he was sad to see us go. Definitely a great hotel and one that we will love to stay in every time we visit Chicago.”

• Bell Hops were extremely hospitable.

“Good location in Loop area; One singe Front Door entrance extremely unimpressive. Easy to miss hotel from Wabash St. Decor did not meet my expectations. Friday afternoon noon reservation clerk was unfriendly, cold and unaccommodating. Then the manager was very kind.
”
