• Right on the beach, beautiful view.
• No internet in my building.

“Loved the economy, though was charged an additional resort fee. In the lobby some customers were complaining of ill kept rooms, though I had no problem with it. No internet in my building, and there was no way to access it in lobby.”

• Nice location.
• One of the three towers of this complex is a dump.

“Travelers need to be aware of which of three towers they will be staying in. Two are nice and one is a 50 year old dump”

• Located right on the beach and a 5 minute drive from dining, night life, and many other attractions.
• Somewhat hard mattresses and uncomfortable blankets.

• It was down the street.

“Room was not at main resort building but down the street in an older remodeled motel, Room was clean but shower was not good, Remote control on TV did not work and bed fell off the frame.”

• Maids and maintenance very helpful, management a bunch of liars.
• Management lied about availability of rooms that would have accommodated travelers with mobility problems, and no elevator.

“We arrived to find a room across the street facing away from the ocean approx 300 yards to ocean with no elevator. A 76 year old woman with neropathy in feet and legs; who has a handicapped sticker can hardly walk two flights of stairs and then approximately 300 yards to beach. Management stated they had no other room available for length of stay. We could possibly move daily but no guarantee a room with elevator would be available. I learned in discussion that the staff at the Breaker's was known to lie, rarely did you get what you were promised without throwing a complete fit.”

• Its proximity to Broadway at the Beach
• Furniture a ittle outdated,especially the couch which was a loveseat.

“The hotel was pefect for the price i received for it oceanfront and king bed. was excellant. the only draw back the bed is next to the entrance door n the walkway.luckily we had the second to last room. but those in between the end and the elevator, can hear those that walk by.”

• Very family oriented/friendly.
• Loading and unloading was crowded.

“Our family experience was very good at this hotel. The hotel was very clean with friendly hosts. Our children had a really fun time playing in the swimming pools and lazy rivers.”

“Was disappointed with room. It had a small pool outside our door. Had to walk past restaurant next door to get to Main Hotel. Plenty of room was available at main hotel but they would not move us out of the smelly basement.”

• I loved the view of the ocean we were in an angle view room and loved it.
• The bar by the swimming pool was to expensive and there was a long hair in my drink.

“This hotel was the perfect place to avoid traffic and pedestrians I loved the quietness and the friendly staff.”

• Convienence to major roads,airport and golf courses.
• It was not the room I thought I was getting,amenities were in other buildings on same property.

“The main hotel was renovated nicely and the amenities were convienent,but I was in another building that needed renovations badly.A major inconvienence was lack of wireless connection in my building and walking in cold after the hot tub.”
