• View, fireplace, location.
• Decor of room was outdated & tired looking.

“They were very accommodating by giving us a 3rd floor room upon request. We didn't eat breakfast there because we were told it was just muffins and coffee. Would go back only if we were able to get the exact same room. Great view!”

• Really not a great hotel, easy access and parking IF you're headed North on 101!
• Location, continental breakfast, transparent, hairs in the tub, dirty floors.

“Stay on the top floor or hear everything above you. The free breakfast is a joke, the bed adequate, pieces of a view only, trees in the way, small TV, hot room, if you open the sliding glass door all you hear is traffic. There are better and cheaper hotels than are offered on Priceline, call the chamber of commerce for assistance! Not a great hotel to stay at unless there's nothing else.”

• Lobby was clean/friendly. Room was spacious/accomodating.
• Poorly maintained. Possibly not carefully supervised.

“Good location. Hair in sheets. Elevator dirty. Lower hallway neglected. A freshness lacking. The room was nicely designed (spacious) with a nice fireplace. A private bacony. Great potential!”

• Dirty, terrible location, small room, loud, over-priced, awful continental breakfast service.

“Small, unclean room, listed as ocean view, which I guess is true if you can see the ocean when the trees blow just right; continental breakfast was watered down coffee and half a Costco muffin; thin walls that allow you to hear everything; no public spaces that you'd want to be in; way overpriced, would never stay there again.”

• Lousy, and hard beds.

“We will definitely be going back to this hotel. It was in a perfect location for us and other than the beds, the room was excellent for the price - extremely clean and patio door was the entire outer wall - great unimpeded view of the ocean.”

• Great view from balcony, clean and friendly staff.
• Sink back flow at the day we were checking out, and upstairs travelers had some kids and we heard running, moving chairs and opening drawers.

“The view was great from the balcony, clean but sink backed up the day we were checking out, we heard people above us with children running and opening drawers for hours starting at 9 pm when we came back from dinner. I did call the front desk and informed them, it seem calmer after 2 hours later.”

• The view of Depot Bay is spectacular.
• The room was very bare bones; but even worse was the cleanliness factor. Dusty and even the coffee maker had an old bag in it - had not been cleaned.

“It is a shame that it is not better maintained and cleaned because of the great view and location. The road noise is somewhat high during the day but with little traffic at night is not a problem for sleeping.”

• Room to an amazing 3rd floor room with fireplace.
• Spa, equals
  3 person hot tub under a video camera.

“The location of the hotel is excellent. You can smell the sea mist, and hear the crashing of the waves all night long. When traffic outside dies down the ocean pounds like thunder on the cliff walls outside of your patio windows.”

• Friendly staff. Accommodated pets.
• Could hear absolutely everything being said in the rooms on both sides of us. Noisy.

“The location is good. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have very thin walls and you can hear just about everything (conversations, water, traffic noise, etc.) through the walls. This was a pet friendly hotel but the rooms were very clean and there was no sign that pets had been in them previously.”
