“Really easy access to the interstates and nice area of Bellevue. The room service was great and prompt.”

“Clean, efficient housekeeping; servers and bartender very friendly. Free parking was definitely a plus and unusual these days. There also was a mini-fridge in the room, which we hadn't expected but used.”

“Flowing lobby with friendly receptionist, older facility with updates in good taste. Morning free breakfast not worth free unless in hurry. Slept like a king in soft bed with 5 pillows. Outdoor pool not worth a kid vote and no spa.”

“The bed was so comfortable!! It was fantastic to have the free wireless internet in the room. The chairs were a little uncomfortable at the tables, but certainly livable. The free breakfast wasn't great, but you could order from the restaurant if you wanted more. There were not enough vending machines ( or choices) and not on every floor.”

“This hotel is not up to 3 stars. At most, it is worth 2.5. For the price we paid, we were satisfy for what we got. The beds are very comfortable and furnitures are in very good condition. If the cleaning staff do a better job in cleaning, the stay would have been a lot more comfortable.”

“My room was at the far end of the building with public access to the hall way so I did not feel very secure. It would be different if the room was located within the main building. The cleanliness of the room was below expectation. The staff was friendly, especially the front desk supervisor, she was very cheerful and helpful. I did not try the food at the hotel restaurant as I was waiting at the entrance for a couple minutes and no one came out to greet me.”

“I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had a smoking room since there were not any king size beds available in non smoking, and I think the smoking room smelled better. The room was overall nice and what you would expect from a 3 star hotel, but the bathroom tiles had mold on them and the showerhead came off. I was really disappointed with the mold. The restaurant had a continental breakfast for free. It was decent, but do not expect hot food. We ate at Whole Foods on our 3rd day which was right up the street.Again, the overall feel of the hotel was great and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel.”

“It was fine for the price. Fairly quiet. Old style sink, bathroom tv. Bed was nice. comforter too heavy for season. we were nextg to ice maker so heard running pipes consistently. the odor of smoke in the hotel was a little disgusting. otherwise clean.”

“This hotel was in a great location and it was clean and good value for the priceline price. The bed was soft and comfortable. There was a little mold in the bathroom, but other than that a very nice room. The continental breakfast was HORRIBLE. They served shriveled rotten oranges and bruised apples for their fruit. The pastries were not fresh and the selection overall was extremely limited.”

“We had great service everywhere in the hotel. The decor in the lobby was beautiful. We loved having the fresh apples and cold lemon water available in the lobby all day. Nice and quiet hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Beautiful hotel for a great price.”

“Small fitness center, slow Internet speed even in their Business Center. Good to have complimentary breakfast but the items are very limited.”

“Free parking, safe, quiet, clean room, comfortable pillowtop bed, sparse complimentry breakfast, restuarant staff didn't greet me or offer full breakfast option.”

“Great hotel. I left my GPS in the public Internet access room and the night attendant promptly put it in lost and found.”

“Obviously this was an older hotel that this chain bought and did a partial remodel on. Smelled like smoke Service good room a bit dated as was the fining area. Lobby was remodeled and modern.”

“Very small room, TV not watchable, leaky sink.”

“We basically got what we expected out of the hotel. The only really annoying part of the entire stay was the beds. You could be in the bed alone and have the top of the mattress shift 6 inches in either direction. I felt like I was on a trampoline (and I'm not 8 years old, so this wasn't funny). But overall, it was a pleasant stay, due mainly to the lobby personnel.” Hotel Representatives:
