• I went there after having surgery and it worked fine.
• Noise was reported by spouse.

• Clean
• Too busy, chaotic, too far/too much traffic, small rooms.

“My husband & I travel together all of the time for business. Our stays are usually from 7 to 15 days. This hotel was too loud, chaotic, too many people. The rooms were way too small. The bathrooms were ridiculously small. It was a nightmare trying to fit clothing and things we needed for the both of us for over a week, in that teeny room and bathroom. It was very noisy because of all of the people coming and going (slamming their doors). This was not an enjoyable stay. It was also not a good location for us, too much traffic. This hotel was priced way too high for all of the discomfort.”

• Location.
• Loud air conditioner.

“We stayed in the back part of the building. The rear entrance had a really bad smell when you entered. Elevators, windows, air conditioners all were very outdated. Bathroom was extremely small.”

“My stay was extremely comfortable. The room was soundproof to any inside or outside noises. I would elect to stay there on any of my future trips to Lexington, KY.”

• I liked the extras I received to assist in a good night's sleep.
• No free continental breakfast.

“I traveled with my 7 year old granddaughter to do back to school shopping. She enjoyed the pool and the beautiful lobby. I sleep on a Temper-pedic mattress at home, so I was happy to find one at this hotel.”

• The hotel's interior and decor were great. Room was nice and spacious.
• The corner location of the property made entry and exits tricky.

“It was a fabulous stay for the right price. The room was big and spacious. The entry way was very nice with outside and inside sitting areas. The king bed was great. The only thing missing was a 50" flat screen TV. The hotel gift shop is a nice touch. All staff was friendly, approachable and helpful.”

• Small bathroom, difficult to use the sink because the faucet was too large for the sink.

“We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. It was fantastic but the hotel restaurant was pricey--so it didn't turn out as cheap as one of the chain hotels.”

• Location, linens.
• Bed sank in the middle, heating system needs upgrade!

“The Crowne Plaza Campbell House is a nice hotel in a convenient location in Lexington. It has been remodeled and much nicer than it used to be but the heating/cooling units need to be upgraded. They are loud in room units and they made enough noise that it is hard to sleep. They have tempurpedic mattresses which are nice but our bed sank in the middle as if it was broken down. Overall, we would stay there again!”
