• Kitchen facilities were useful.
• Internet access was not included - $5 extra. I was disappointed by this.

• The staff.

“I got more then what I expected with this hotel. Some of the other reviews I read stated that it was dirty, noisy and had rude staff. I had great interactions with the staff, the room was clean and the noise level is what you would expect being so close to a major road. It is definitely a two star hotel, but it fit my needs perfectly.”

• front desk went beyond call of duty to help us find our way

“The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient to where we needed to be. Although we only stayed one night, I would have been happy to stay longer. The kitchen was well maintained. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower.”

• It has a microwave & refrigerator.
• I called & upgraded to 2 beds but when I arrive receptionist said it was not indicated & don't have a room for 2 beds. I insisted & was charged extra.

“When I was given the room, the beds were not made & they said cleaning staff were gone. Eventually a man came up but we were gone so I really don't know if he changed all the sheets & comforter.”

• Convenient, comfortable, primarily clean.
• The smelly, hot, elevator (at times smelled of urine or smoke), no antibacterial/deodorant soap provided (only a tiny bar of facial soap).

“Convenient, fairly spacious, good attention to details for kitchen use, convenient laundry facility.”
