• Friendly and courteous employees.

“Great hotel. Employees were very friendly. It was an easy check-in and check-out. I was asked if I preferred to be on a higher or lower floor and they helped with directions to the restaurant the next morning.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• Not enough cable channels available on the television.

“The room was small, but adequate. I wouldn't call it an upscale room. The food was good, the people were friendly. Parking was difficult, but it is in a good location.”

• Great location between 6th St and Lady Bird Lake.
• No fridge in the room, even though there was a place for it.

“Excellent location, comfortable bed, quiet room. Well worth the price. Would definitely stay here again.”

• Staff broke into our hotel room and stole money.

• Small pool.

“This hotel is in a good location. It is near the Convention Center and many fine restaurants. It is possible to walk north to the Capitol or south to the river. It would not be convenient to walk to the UT campus however.”

“The only problem, I experienced was as I asked about a hotel breakfast and was directed to an area for breakfast and then handed a bill for 11 bucks. I understood the breakfast was free.”
