• Fireplace in lobby (lit on chilly summer night); free computer use in lobby
• Hair dryer broke, but staff replaced it. "Free" TV internet in room misleading.

• Helpful staff, very clean room.
• On site breakfast was a little pricey.

“Hotel is conveniently right off the highway. A lot of traffic though due to being so close to a large shopping mall. Room was very clean and the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful with a suggestion for dinner.”

• Cleanliness, spacious.
• Room was located next to linen closet noisy in am.

“Would stay here again the breakfast was over priced so went next door. With small children it was not enticing to spend 11 - 12 for am breakfast.”

• The location was convenient for our business in the area. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed.

“This is a great hotel and location for Hartford area business and pleasure. There are many restaurants located in the immediate area and other entertainment too. Good location to the major routes, staff was excellant. Cleaning crew went above and beyond, desk attendent extremely pleasant and helpful.”

• The rooms were nice. Location good.
• We were promised a cot for the room and when we got there they said they were not allowed in the room we had.

“I called ahead to request a cot for the room as I had an extra child with me. They refused to let us have one when we got there saying it was a safety issue and we could not have one in the room. The room was very large. I didn't understand this. The clerk did not even call us to tell us we could not have the cot in the room. I had to recall her twice. Also the toilet was plugged before we even used it. They had to come up twice to unclog it and then left the plunger with us. It plugged every time one of us used it and we had to plunge it ourselves every time. Was not happy about this.”
