• Close to downtown and many restaurants.

“Great hotel for the business traveler--close enough to walk to many restaurants. Clean rooms, nice bathrooms, and comfortable beds.”

“Disappointed in this hotel, based on its star rating. Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling and around the shower. The room was very, very small and cramped. Front desk people were nice.”

• Location and attached to shopping mall for walking.
• Did not include breakfast like the competition.

“It is an old facility but has been upgraded to a comfortable lodging place. Staff was very helpful and I would recommend it to my friends.”

• Good bed, great location, clean, friendly,and enjoyable.
• I think that it would be beneficial to have a small breakfast.

“The desk clerk was very friendly and very helpful. We felt well taken care of and appreciated the extra care he gave us. The cleaning staff was slow, but it was an extremely busy weekend. The second night stay our room didn't even have the bed sheets straightened out. That is our only complaint. I do think that for early morning risers, that it would be nice to have a continental breakfast available.”

• Good location, nice courtyard with firepit and outdoor hottub also indoor pool and hottub.
• I really didn't like that there was no continental breakfast included.

“Nice hotel, but for I was surprised that there was not a continental breakfast included, especially for the price.
Location was awesome though - especially for Black Friday shopping.”

• Two hot tubs and and outdoor fire pit.
• Room a little noisy because we were right by the fornt desk on the main floor.

“Customer service was great and would recommend to all my friend who travel to Kalispell.”
