• Ambiance location off free way but still removed staff.
• No nice restraunts close but one and it was closed due to plumbing problems.

• Staff was great, room was clean and had a comfy bed.
• No complimentary breakfast, pool was a little small.

“This was the best hotel that we stayed in our whole trip. The staff was efficient, friendly, and easy to understand. The room was wonderful - it was clean, nicely furnished and the bed was comfy. The workout room was nice and so was the indoor pool and outdoor spa. The pool was a little small, but it worked out for us. We were told that we could go to their sister hotel in the same parking lot and use their pool. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone that needs a hotel in the Grand Junction, CO area.”

• New, fresh, and clean.
• Snotty reply when I asked if breakfast was included. Bad view.

“I read another review that said the person was placed in a 2nd floor room that overlooked the top of an awning. We had the same experience and there are lots of rooms that would be plagues by the same problem. Don't get stuck with a 2nd floor room with a view of the parking lot or giant expanse. $10 for the breakfast buffet seemed very steep for what's normally included in the price of a room these days.”

• The staff was very helpful, and the room was extremely comfortable.
• It's close to the airport, although it's not a busy airport.

“Very new hotel, in excellent condition, with very personable staff. Our room was clean, comfortable, and looked very new. We really enjoyed our stay and felt we got a very good value.”

• The staff was extremely accommodating.

“My husband, 2 year old and I had a great time at this hotel. It was cleanly, friendly, and easy to find. Not much more you can ask for. (Except breakfast, which at $10 was not worth it-at all).”

• The beds were extremely comfortable!

• Beautiful setting, convenient to freeway, good exercise room and facilities, restaurant and bar were well priced.
• Lack of security, people in the Jacuzzi ignoring the no glass signs, and no one checking.

“Very nice but the rooms were designed for microwaves and small refrigerators, but not present. Family travelers like to have cold snacks in their rooms in the heat.”

• Room safety and lovely decor - great bedding!
• Towels - not plush and were rough; wash cloths thin.

“We were pleasantly surprised with how lovely and clean everything was for a 3-star hotel! Disappointed that they do not offer a free breakfast as do most 2-star hotels. But the decor and pleasant, roomy rooms made up for that.”

• Found a pair of someone's socks in the corner- the only negative.
