• The staff was very friendly, it was quiet, clean, and didn't smell like smoke.
• There really wasn't anything that I didn't like.

• Very friendly staff.
• Was there for five days and would have been nice if someone came and offered clean towels and never cleaned my room once.

“I would still stay there again was close to all the places that I wanted to go and they gave me my privacy which Ido have to say was nice. Got to just relax for a change.”

• Staff was accommodating. You were not!

“The hotel was going to let us cancel without any penalties but you wouldn't work with them. The hotel was nice enough to put us up at one of their sister hotels. You on the other hand we will never do business with again. You were rude an in compassionate to our needs and situation. We were not there for pleasure, but a funeral.”

• I loved being able to cook my own meals and the TV channels.
• I hated the fact that the doors in the front aren't handicap accesible.

“Generally it's a good hotel for the money, and for the time to be able to keep a supply of food in the fridge. The TV is small, and hard to see from a distance, but it offered way more channels than most places. I was happy with the desk space, bathroom size, and I really loved the bath soap they provided. The walls can be a bit thin, so if your neighbors are living there semi-permanent it can get a little noisy and somewhat less kosher at times.”

• Convenient to airport & shopping areas, room space, kitchen.
• Extra charge for hi-speed internet access.

• Friendly staff, full kitchen in room very convenient.
• Large bugs and bathtub looked dirty.

“Very budget friendly if you are staying with a family or want to do your own cooking. Limited standard cleaning services. More frequent cleaning available at an additional cost. Good cable TV selection. Wireless internet signal in the room spotty at times and no printing or faxing on site would make it less than idea for business travelers. Extra friendly staff.”
