“Charged an additional almost 10 percent for "resort fee" upon arrival. Did not book reservation accurately, were rude about it.”

• Beach front location.
• Room needed a paint job and some fixing up.

“Good hotel for families. Needs some repair work on the rooms but the rooms were clean. Room had a microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishes and silverware in it.”

• Plenty of new towels and the
  AC worked great.
• The counter tops were sticky and the fridge did not work well.

“There was a lack of upkeep on the hotel chipping paint outdated color scheme, with some maintenance this could be a really nice place.”

• I really like the theme ofnour hotel. it felt like I was on the beach already. It was very clean and tidy. The service was great.

• The multiple pools and watermark were fantastic.
• The housekeeping staff woke us up even with privacy on the door.

“This hotel exceeded my expectations, especially considering the great rate we got. The rooms were clean with great decor. The location was perfect and there was ample parking. The pools, all 17, were amazing! The kitchen with dishes, sink, microwave and fridge was a nice bonus.”

• The access to the beach was great.

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Beach access and swimming pools with lazy rivers was great. We had a great vacation besides our room not being the cleanest.”

• It had so many things to do, Golf, lazy river, 7 pools. This is a great place for family's with small kids.
• The doors should be Automatic in the lobby. I looked like an idiot when the doors closed on me and I dropped everything.

“Great Hotel. Great for families. However I don't think there should be a Bar by the pool, where the kids are.”

“The lobby and bar area of the hotel were very nice and clean looking but once you actually start down the halls to your room the quality drops. Most of the rooms have views of the roof of the pool area and walls.”

• Covered parking deck.

• The pools were in need of some updating, but overall were very clean and fun!
• The resort was very nice, but was rather old and in need of updating.

“Definately worth the price. Anyone with children and not too picky about older accommodations would really have a fun time.”

• There was always helpful staff around.
• The maid knocked on our door about 8:30 am in the morning.

“Overall, I loved the place. My girlfriend and my two friends went and stayed for three nights, and we are all in college and there is a downfall to that (and there were a couple elementary and middle school classes staying there and a bunch of families staying there as well). The hotel has several conference rooms and each conference room had war veterans. The hotel was very nice, pool area was nice with an indoor and outdoor lazy river, indoor and outdoors pools, and hot tubs. I loved that there were always staff around enforcing rules ensuring the safety of hotel stayers and the room was very nice (very convenient having a safe, dishes, silverware all that in the room), the bar was nice, but we did not eat at the hotel restaurant.”

• 14 pools, they were replenishing the beach while we were there. Surprise!
• Bedspreads were stained, closet wall was moldy looking.

• Location is near airport, like being on the ocean.
• Dated interior, bathroom smelled musty.

“We liked the location of the landmark due to its closeness to the airport and being right on the ocean. The parking structure was convenient with a walkway over the road we had 3 rainy days and it was nice not to have to walk outside in the rain to load and unload our car. The lazy river was nice and comfortable because the water was warm even though it was cool and rainy. Pools were good, but the hot tub we used was chipping and dated.”

• Room dirty and rundown.

“Rooms need to be remodeled. Carpet was torn and dirty. Also, there was no iron or board. Commode ran all the time and water leaked on floor.”
