• The location and staff!
• Nothing!

“I was very impressed with this hotel. I know the hotel is one of the older buildings in AC, but the room was clean, comfortable and we had a great Ocean view! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful plus, the location was perfect we could walk to everything!”

• Location is great! Right in the middle of the boardwalk.
• Location of the check-in is on the opposite side of the entrance. Not sure if this is common with other A.C. hotels. $20 parking is ridiculous.

“The location of the Trump plaza hotel in Atlantic city is great! Right in the middle of the boardwalk - by the beach bar, Caesar's Pier shops/restaurants, etc. This is the 2nd time I've stayed there this year (with a group of friends) and have had nothing but positive experiences.”

• The room was great and most importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

• Right on the boardwalk.
• It is old and needs investment.

“Hotel is not a 3.5 star but on the strip, it is one of the better hotels. They charge you for everything. I was charge $15 for a work out in the antiquated gym and $0.35/minute for internet.”

• Unfriendly staff at hotel lobby.

“Standard casino/hotel. The only off point was a member of the staff at the hotel lobby, who was rude to the point of not answering when I asked about checking in, and then barking ID! Credit card! when I insisted. He then became absurdly friendly when he realized we were going to ask for the manager.”
