“I've stayed in upscale hotels and moderate scaled hotels; this by far was the worst accommodation I've secured. I'll be back to NYC but not to this hotel!”

“The room did not get much light.
It was an express hotel, so there wasn't much in the way of service. if you just need a safe place to drop your bags and take a rest its okay, but I've gotten a better quality stay on priceline for less money. The staff is primarily young, but they are all nice.”

“Great morning buffet, but get there early because tables get taken quick and there is nowhere to sit. Great location and friendly staff.”

“I would definitely recommend it as a good place to stay if you are doing theatre, all in short walking distance. Likewise, Grand Central Station and subway lines. There were plenty of inexpensive eating options nearby as well. Was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and service. And breakfast was included.”

“Holiday Inn Express on West 45th was the perfect hotel to sleep in: the accommodations exceeded the expectations. The breakfast was top notch. When I found that my toilet was not working, they immediately sent someone up to fix it. I have nothing but good things to say about this. The rooms may be smallish, but it was the perfect size for me.”

“This hotel was surprisingly clean and comfortable for the rating level. While the rooms are small, the bed is superb and the location is convenient. The breaksfast was good, but the dining area and lobby are somewhat cramped. Overall, it is a nice place to stay.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The rooms are large and with comfortable beds and decent size bathrooms. All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty. We were in town to see Broadway shows and the location was perfect for us. Good restaurants and bars nearby.”

“Room was actually bigger than I thought it would be for NYC standards. Convenient location though midtown times square can be overwhelming.”

“Hotel and room was surprisingly small, but as much as can be expected for Manhattan. It was in a perfect location for all public transportation in traveling up and downtown via subway.”

“The hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful with directions, advices, luggage storage, parking help. Despite small quaters, everything was very clean, new and nice. Continental breakfeast was excellent.”

“Well-equipped, clean, though small rooms characterize this hotel. The free breakfast was a very nice touch. The location is good good for theater-goers and is very close to Times Square. The neighborhood is safe at night.”

“Nice, clean hotel; but if you are traveling with another person on a business trip - they will allow more than one person to stay; however, there is only one small bed.”

“This hotel is perfect for tourists visiting New York City. It is only a few blocks from great locations such as Fifth Avenue, Times Square, Rockefeller Center and Bryant Park. The rooms are small but the beds are very comfortable and the whole hotel is very clean! The free continental breakfast had a great variety with high quality food. The hotel does come with free wireless internet but the connection is very weak inside of the rooms.”
