• Front desk staff, rooms and breakfast.
• No outside area for pool.

• Convinces. Good service. Cleanliest.
• Some services were poor.

“When I moved in my room there was no desk chair. I called the front desk and they said that they would send one up immediately. However, I did not get one until after I made a second call to the front desk. Moreover, the chair that they brought was a straight back chair. When I called they told me that they would send up another chair; however, it is the four day and I am still waiting. Also, today I went to my meeting at 8 am and I returned at 3 pm and the room was not serviced. I called and they responded at 4 pm. Finally, I had the feeling that because I booked through Priceline, I did not get the same service that I would have gotten if I got the hotel through Hilton.”

• Good breakfast.
• Having to pay to park!

“Other than no curtains to block the lights of the city and paying $15 to park this hotel was perfect for my trip. If you have your own parking deck, I think it is not necessary to charge $15 to park.”

“Lives up to Marriott's high quality standards hotel, especially the upgraded bedding. Free breakfast much provided a much better selection (variety and quality) than competing brands.”

• Convenient to concert location.
• Everything happened on 'Atlanta time' (slow).

“I didn't get to see much of the hotel. I drove up from Florida for a concert the same night I checked in. I found the hotel, grabbed a shower and left the hotel, not returning until around 3AM. I slept in and left. I did not tour the hotel or take advantage of any amenities.”

• Even though crowed with evacuees from MS/LA/AL, the staff was on top of it.

“Convenient to Buckhead areas/interstate. Convenient to area restaurants. Desk staff was excellent.”

• The size of the room.
• I had to pay an additional $15 a night in parking.

“Hotel was nice but parking was outrageous. There was a water leak the 2 days I was there and they had to shut off the water for several hours on both days I was there to work on the leak. There was water coming down in the lobby and they had to put a large trashcan to catch the water. Overall the hotel was nice. But I wouldn't stay there again because of the parking price.”

• The location was great and the hotel was very clean and welcoming. Nicely size restroom with comfortable beds and sitting area.

“Great location in Buckhead- excellent choice for business travelers and or families visiting the Atlanta metro area. The staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was adequate and complimentary.”

• Location and relative proximity to attractions.
• No option for free parking if you stay at the hotel.

“The room was comfortable, but it felt a bit cramped with the location of the bed very close to the wall. Not very much room to move in and around the beds and closets. Really appreciated the free wireless access and the kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave.”

• Great staff. Great breakfast. Shuttle staff was excellent.
• Took a while to change blow dryers.

“Great hotel. Location, staff, breakfast were all excellent. Ease of parking your car and getting in and out. Close to subway with van pickup.”
