“The bath tub did not drain. The shower head did not work properly. There was a large broken area in the ledge at the window. It was not a good experience at all.”

“The main thing about this stay is that the room was located in the basement and had a dark feeling and basement smell to it. I never knew hotels had basement rooms.”

“Most importantly the bed itself was not to bad. Everything else had a lot to be desired! The only employee that seemed happy to see us was a young fellow, the women could not muster a smile, they just did their job. I would not give this hotel anythng above a 1 star rating!”

“My husband stays there once a month for his job. We love the people and the rooms, the beds are so comfortable you do not want to get up in the morning. When we (myself and our 3 children under 8 yrs) travel with him we always love there pool!”

“Older and in much need of renovation. Breakfast in very small lobby. No place to sit. Not much to choose from. Not really breakfast at all. Rooms dark and dreary.”

“It's great for a one night stopover. Close to the highway and restaurants and has a pool and hot tub to relax in after a long day's drive. Quiet rooms.”

“Needs to update bedding. Pillows, comforters, sheets were old and not very clean. Toilet and shower need bleach.”

Katie “We had a great stay at the Shilo Inn in Helena Montana. Our kids were thrilled with the pool. I was thrilled that they had continental breakfast. They even allow pets, so our puppy was able to join us on our adventure. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Nice rooms, didn't like the animals running around, and the barking. Room needed additional cleaning otherwise was an okay experience.”
