• Convenient to freeway access.
• Should be 1 star.

“Elevated in tub could be a problem for limited mobility people. Table in breakfast area was broken. Someone came by with a lawn blower/vacuum every morning at 9 am. I could not sleep in. I got a room directly across from the ice machine when there were plenty of other rooms available.”

  not clean. Trash receptacles not kept clean/emptied.

“I will not stay at this particular chain without doing a check of the facilities.”

• The folks at the front desk are much better now then they use to be two months ago.
• They need to get the housekeeping department better trained. The rooms are not cleaned very well.

“The housekeeping needs some re training.
I find hair in the bed and also in the bottom of the shower on the floor. The coffee makers are often broken at the pour spout and the coffee cups are not washed very well.”

• The front desk.
• The group of inconsiderate people, probably about 40 of them.

“ We have stayed at this hotel many times. We have always had pleasant experience. This time there was a large group of young and old alike. They were very noisy and very inconsiderate. They had no manners. We tried to use the fitness room at 4:30 in the morning, only to walk in and find 6 young people sitting in there in the dark. It was kind of alarming. We also woke up to beer cans in the halls. We told the front desk, and they too had gotten a lot of complaints and were not happy with this group. I believe they had to check out early. ”

• The continental breakfast needs to be updated.

“I prefer to stay at the Extended Stay Hotels. If you need anything she will make sure it gets to your room.”

• Location and price.
• Roaches and no hot water.

“For two days I did not have any hot water and I had plenty of small roaches. Got to stay in the first room, but no concessions were even offered for no hot water.”

• Like the price and location.
• This hotel is beginning to slip in my opinion. Room was dirty and had bugs.

“This was another poor experience for me at this hotel that is winding down on their remodel. Room was not very clean, had crawly bugs in the bathroom, the remote for the TV did not work and the internet was down due to a leaky ac unit. It had been getting better, but has taken a turn in the opposite direction.”
