• Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, convenient to the Knoxville airport.
• Would have appreciated an included breakfast.

• Excellent location. Clean
• Room very small for 3 star. Lighting in bathroom extremely poor.

“Room was much smaller than many 2 star hotels in which I have stayed. It was next to mechanical room, which appeared to remove available space. Perhaps the hotel management saves those rooms for "Priceline", who knows??? Lighting design in bathroom so poor one had to place a table lamp in the bathroom to do makeup.The room was quality in terms of bedding and cleaniness.”

• The room was well appointed. Nice linens, bed and bath.
• The food on breakfast buffet was only warm and not very good.

“The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was lovely and very pleasant. I enjoyed my stay.”

• New rooms and well kept hotel overall.
• No microwave and room seemed somewhat small.

“This hotel was perfect for a business traveler or couple. Does not have a microwave and the rooms seem smaller than most hotel rooms, although nice overall. I would not recommend this hotel for families. The rooms are too small and the kids felt claustrophobic. Otherwise a very nice newer hotel.”

• Always smiling reception upon entering lobby & very clean, quiet, comfortable, nicely appointed room.

“Right across the street from TYS airport, very friendly and accommodating staff; clean, spacious rooms with many amenities (in-room coffee, free internet, movies-on-demand, etc.) Lots of parking available, restaurants within walking distance, or more within an easy drive to town.”

• Friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and an excellent price, it also had a great computer station.

“I would highly recommend staying here. Cleanliness was A+ staff was very courteous and the computer station was fully operational with printer and office supplies.”
