• The staff was exceptional. Proof customer service is alive and well.
• The rooms were decorated nicely but extremely small.

“This hotel was located downtowned but priced well for the location. The staff was impeccable, going out of their to meet and exceed customer service expectations. Although the rooms were very tiny, they were designed nicely with modern features. I would recommend this hotel.”

• The location.
• Smallest room I've ever stayed in.

“The location is very good. Very convenient to the Magnificent mile, the Loop, the river, parks, Navy Pier, etc. The accommodations are a little spartan. I've stayed in some pretty small rooms in Europe. This room was the smallest I've ever stayed in. The bed was very comfortable.”

• The hotel staff did an excellent job of helping out.
• The size of the rooms.

“The rooms were very small. My wife and I barely had room for our 2 bags. There were only 2 elevators in the entire building, so if you stay here try and stay on a lower floor. The staff did a fantastic job of helping us out and were very friendly. This is not the best place to staff with family.”

• Great staff, great breakfasts and in an great location.

“Overall, I would recommend for the price. Excellent location off the Magnificent Mile and a full, hot breakfast each morning made this a great hotel. The rooms were a little vulnerable to hallway sounds and the smell of smoke existed in the halls which was surprising for such a nice hotel. This was a perfect hotel if you will be out and about most of your day and just need a place to hang your hat and catch a few winks.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice. The room was small but we weren't planning on spending much time there. It's in a great location and the staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.”

“Valet service was terrible. We wanted the car at 7:00 am
to go to a play and at 7:25 am
we still did not have the car so we had to take a taxi.”
