• The bathroom was disgusting.

“There was a fire during our stay, which I understand is an unforeseeable situation. But, the response of the hotel staff in the emergency situation was irresponsible and dangerous. That event aside, the bathroom in our room was not clean and there was no one on site that could take care of that for us. Compensation was promised but not delivered. Corporate customer service is very helpful and empathetic, though. They will make sure that the situation is resolved although it may take a significant amount of time.”

• Close to airport, had in-room coffee, large workspace.
• Mediocre decor and amenities, some indifferent staff.

“Very good hotel for business travelers on short stays. Had efficiency feel about it, not particularly pleasant but nothing a miss.”

• Great looking room.
• The food in the only restaurant was expensive and not very good.

“The hotel was great for the price. The room was confortable and very nice, with all the amenities you would expect (like big screen TV, coffee maker, etc).”

• Close to JFK and clean nicly decorated room, good shuttle to JFK.
• Isolated, on the freeway and flight path nothing around it.

“Was a good place to crash between flights. Restaurant was slow and food nothing to write home about and don't like the tip (service) being added automatically to bill.”
