• I loved the room. It was spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

“The hotel was great. The line was long to check in but they were very efficient and the wait time was minimal. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the restaurant was exceptional.”

• The pull out couch is nice with a teenage girl & boy.
• The parking is horrible.

“I asked 3 front desk people the same question & got 3 different answers. Be careful of what you are told.”

• Large room with no issues.

“Hotel is very clean. Little bit of a hassle to find at night. Could be signed out a little better. Found the restaurant very expensive, how ever the Mall of America is right across the street with plenty of restaurant. Did notice that the pool / fun land had mainly weekend hours. Not great for traveling families. But over all I will stay there again, with no regrets.”

• It is closest to Water Park of America.
• Staff was not friendly or accommodating.

“Very nice hotel accommodations with a wonderful atmosphere. Attached to Water Park of America was the most convenient and fun for our family. We will come back again.”

• It was affordable and pleasant.
• Crappy service in restaurant.

“Ideally located for us, as women and shoppers. Clean, affordable and comfortable, other then the bunk beds we (as 4 women) were forced to share. Bunk beds are for children. Other then that and the awful service in the restaurant, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

• We were totally satisfied with our accommodations.

• Friendly & professional staff.

“Front desk staff was professional and friendly. Room was attractive but unaware of the kids bunk-beds hidden against the wall. However, room was clean and comfortable.”

• The lodge atmosphere was very impressive.
• The bartender tried to keep the change from $10 for a $6 dessert.

“Excellent location, wonderful staff, beautiful decor and relaxing atmosphere. One rude bartender shouldn't ruin a great place. She may even have been fired by now.”

• 1 afternoon with grandson great.
• Service & cleanliness very uneven.

“Very hard to get information from staff. Many new 1st day employees or they're told to say that when asked a question. Took 3 days & several calls to get restaurant error corrected. Most of our stay was for business but could not access business lounge. Halls very dirty & housekeeping did not answer calls. Arcade employees very good when we were there 1 afternoon with our 4 year old grandson. Front desk helpful when we called 1 hour after checkout about laptop left in room. Much appreciated. Some parts of our experience were good & some parts were bad.”

• Room was great - plenty of space to move around and be comfortable with 4 people.
• Need to limit number of people in water park, giving preference to hotel guests.

“Exceeded expectations! Had king bed, twin bunk beds, and sofa sleeper in room, as well as a wide-screen TV, microwave and fridge. The water park was a little crowded early in the day due to school field trips (general public can purchase admission), but was great later in the afternoon and evening after the non-hotel guests left!”
