• The breakfast was fantastic, especially for the price!

“Loved staying here. Beds were comfy and large enough. Alarm clock, coffee maker, free WiFi. Very clean...best overall was the breakfast. Inexpensive and high quality.”

• Friendly and clean with very attractive lobby.
• Room has no table nor washbasin outside the bathroom.

• Standard Marriott and updated - nice bathroom.
• The bed sagged and there were dusty corners and edges.

“The Marriott is right next door to the Marriott Residence Inn. That hotel had breakfast included (not $7.00 extra), the computer worked, and in general, seemed more cozy. We had hot cookies when we arrived, though. Staff was great.”

• The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were large enough and clean.
• The water in the spa was somewhat green. The pool water was clear.

“We were traveling in a group for my son's wedding and the hotel worked with us well and accommodated our needs. The staff was friendly and cooperative. It would have been nice to have a breakfast included, but the food offered was good. We enjoyed our stay.”

• Best, newest and closest hotel to the Silver Dollar Fairground for the Chico Wildflower Century.
• No room service.

“I was in Chico for the Chico Wildflower Century and the hotel allowed me to put my expensive Trek bike in my room. The staff was very friendly and it was a new hotel with the best location! The hotel was sold out! It was full of other participants for the Chico Wildflower.”

• The rooms where clean.
• The service was kind of bad.

“Well, first of all I have stayed at this hotel before. So I thought I would give it a try again. Only this time was way worse. The lady at the counter was kind of rude with me when I asked if the hotel had smoking rooms (they didn't) so I asked for a balcony room. I had to wait 20 minutes for the room to get cleaned, so I went around back to the sitting area to eat lunch and wait. Then they wouldn't let me inside through the back door after about 45 minutes. I guess the shifts changed and I never got my call. The second lady was more friendly and apologetic. Finally in the room was a nice stay, except that there was a guy walking around the roof part right outside the balcony so I decided to close the curtains. It was a pretty bad experience, and I doubt I will stay there again.”

• The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice.

“The hotel is right off the freeway and convenient to get to shopping, which is good. The staff was very fast and helpful. Even though the noise wasn't that bad, it was still there. And also, don't know why but someone knocked on the door at like 1 am and woke me up. Other than that its a very nice hotel.”
