• The hotel was immaculate, new and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful.
• We had some difficulty establishing a comfortable temperature in our room. A request for assistance from the desk quickly resolved the problem.

“Our overall experience was excellent. We were disappointed in the price of the full breakfast buffet at $9.95 which is why I did not rate it family friendly. We decided to forego paying that price and drove a couple of miles for breakfast.”

• The room was larger than I expected.
• The hallway was freezing.

“The rooms were definitely spacious, despite the funky layout (laying with your head towards the door). Having a little living space with
TV and ample sized desk kind of separate from the bed space in a king room was nice.”

• Very clean, newer hotel, felt safe, and
  polite staff.
• The cable TV was out from early morning to 9:00 pm. Husband not happy about not getting the news in the morning or his show that night.

“I was not sure about staying in this hotel after staying next door last year at a 4 star hotel. This hotel was just as nice with employees very happy to have us as guest. There was also 3-6 bus loads of 7-8 graders staying. The hotel had security on each floor at nights to make sure everything stayed quiet for the rest of the guest. It was perfect. You would not even know that the kids were there.”

• No mini fridge in the room.

“A wonderful experience. Check in/out was simple and quick so we could get on our way! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Gettysburg area who does not want to stay in the historic section and who wants the luxuries of the modern hotels!”

• First, cleanliness, then comfort.

“I have already recommended this hotel to friends. I always expect a clean room and my expectations were met. The staff was friendly and I have absolutely no complaints. By the way-the pillows were fantastic! My 16 year old granddaughter loved the room.”
