• The rate & breakfast.
• Very noisy heating system.

“We stayed at this hotel in October of this year and experienced very noisy heating system. We thought at the time that it was an isolated problem but the same thing happened in this room. After I couldn't take it anymore and shut it off, I could hear the heating system from the room next door go on and off.”

• The price.
• It was mostly populated by construction workers, I felt unsafe going to my car at night as a young, single woman.

“There were only sheer curtains in the hotel room, so the bright parking lot lights shone in all night; it was very difficult to sleep as a result. I also felt a lack of privacy because of a lack of heavy curtains. Additionally, the beds were extremely uncomfortable; there was no padding at all. There was complimentary cereal in the morning, which was helpful, but overall I am not likely to stay at this hotel ever again. It was not up to the usual standards of a Best Western.”

• Comfortable mattress.
• No direct route to continental breakfast. long walk through many hallways past other guests rooms.

“Hotel room was clean and comfortable. No elevator for my husband who has difficulty with stairs. We arrived late at hotel, teenagers were hungry and wanted a snack. Only vending machine on our floor had soda. We found a candy/ chips vending machine on first floor that most of buttons would not work on.”

• OK for the money & staff was courteous.
• Sink leaked water, caused carpet to be drenched in water. No elevator.

“The room was acceptable. The first night, the carpet was drenched in water because the sink was leaking but no other room was available so I couldn't switch rooms. No elevator so I was stuck pulling my heavy luggage upstairs. I stayed for 2 nights & put up with the wet carpet. The morning I checked out, a repair man came because the leaked soaked through to the 1st floor. He was surprised that I had already notified the front desk the morning before but nobody informed him or any other repair man to fix it. Don't bother eating the free continental breakfast.”

• Courteous staff & accommodating when possible.
• Power outage! Free continental breakfast wasn't appetizing. Families reside there & spend time in parking lot made it uncomfortable when staring at us.

“The hotel was acceptable for the money. However, it does not have an elevator, which was an inconvenience & I was uncomfortable with people who lived there. The staff was courteous.”

• The front desk staff was friendly and helpful!
• The door in my room that opened to the outside pool area caused me concern.

“I really liked this hotel--it was a great value, it was neat and clean and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Location.

“The hotel was an older facility that had not been refurbished thoroughly. The non-smoking rooms has a smell of smoke because of the ventilation system. The hotel did not meet the quality of 2.5 level hotels like Courtyard, Residence Inn and Hilton Garden hotels.”

• Conveniently located near exit.
• An extra hand soap or two would be nice.

“The clerk at the front desk was very helpful and in very good humor, considering he was bombarded by a tremendous number of ladies in red hats and purple garb (a large group that meets there annually) right when I arrived. He was pleasant and handled himself well amid the barrage of questions. Rooms are clean; this time I asked for a later check-out and I was given an extra hour. Thank you, Best Western, for being consistently professional and tidy.”
