• The staff was friendly and very helpful.
• The area around the backside of the hotel seemed a little shady at night.

“Another wonderful Marriott experience. The staff was awesome and the property itself nicely decorated, furnished, and clean. Would've taken that bed home if I could've - it was like sleeping on a cloud! Would almost consider paying full price to stay here - except that we have priceline!”

• Recently remodeled room was bright and inviting.

“Very comfortable accomodations with wonderful Grant Park views. Our room was very clean and the marble bath was beautiful. The concierge was very helpful with information regarding tours and dining. The Starbucks located in the hotel was convenient.”

• Free internet in the lobby, but charge for internet in the rooms.

“All in all, a nice hotel, with very friendly staff. The hotel didn't have a pool, but we were in town to visit tourist attractions, not live in the hotel. The hotel is in a safe location, and is within a 10-15 minute walk of eating establishments. Do not take young children to the hotel restaurant. I would have eaten there but I wasn't on an expense account (Dinner is around $60 a person).”

• The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was so comfy. I slept soundly, unusual for me at a hotel.
• The shower in our room had very low water pressure.
