• Extensive renovations to the outside of structure going on.

• The location.
• It was under construction and this made parking and getting around the hotel inconvenient. I did not find the staff particularly helpful or friendly.

“The room was nice but our room was very far from everything. The construction and temp. check-in were inconvenient and the staff was not particularly friendly or helpfu.”

• Nothing.
• Hotel was under construction w/loud jackhammers on Sat & Sun.

“Definitely would not recommend. I'm pretty forgiving but this hotel is under construction even on weekends. Our hotel room was adjacent to the construction that woke us up at 8am on Sat and Sun. Extremely loud jackhammers and premises are a muddy mess.”

• Very clean room, comfortable beds.
• Under construction/remodel, difficult entry and exit.

“Surprisingly disinterested front desk clerks. Little if any eye contact. Did not feel overly welcomed. hotel is in desirable location, and staff should have been better.”

• The hotel is ideally located in Buckhead.
• The hotel is completely under construction.

“The buckhead hotel is in the middle of a transformation from a Sheraton to a Marriott. It still does not have a lobby (stayed there in July), does not have a restaurant or many amenities.”

• The rooms looked nice and the beds were comfortable.
• Internet was a pain to get to work, $15 parking for hotel patrons, massive construction.

“Was not impressed at all. It was New Years Eve but there were people passed out in floor lobbies with puke on the floor for hours, even though the hotel staff was aware of it. Room service trays were thrown into the hallway and were left unattended for hours. The maid tried to bust into our room without knocking (luckily we had the door latched closed). Our friends showed up later than us and the electronic lock to their room was broken so they were left sitting in the hallway for over an hour. Overall very not impressed. Everything did look pretty though.”

• Bathrooms were nice.
• It was very sketchy looking. The windows were dirty and there was poor site management which was obvious to the eye.

“This hotel is obviously under poor management. It could be much better but small things made it sketchy. The dirty windows, the botched up construction on the inside and outside and the awkward check-in location with random things lying on the floor. The location is awesome for shopping and dining in Buckhead, located right across the street from the Lenox and Phipps Plaza malls.”

• Room was completely renovated and 4 star.
• Hotel under major renovation to be completed Feb 09.

“Rooms were 4 star, but hotel is currently in 1 star condition. No lobby, check in crowded. Staff was
very helpful and friendly. Great location for shopping at Lennox Mall and access to Marta station.”

• Brand new and extremely clean.
• Didn't know about construction or parking charges.

“Brand new and very clean. Rooms are nice with flat screen TVs and very comfortable beds. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per day parking charge ahead of time, and the construction. We were never told about a lobby area, restaurant, gift shop, etc so I'm not sure if those areas were completed yet or not.”

• Terrible experience.

“I am a frequent business traveler and this is possibly one of my worst hotel experiences. Brief list of my four day stay at this hotel: No hot water one morning - cold shower at 5 am. Water turned off for 3 hours around 5 pm the next day. Received some kind of rash from the bedding. Emergency evacuation alarm triggered accidentally but wasn't notified of the mistake until after we left the hotel. Staff seemed comple
